• Medicare. You may be eligible for a Chronic Disease management plan via Medicare. With a CDMP you are entitled to Medicare rebates towards the cost of 5 allied health sessions annually. Please see your GP to discuss eligibility.

• DVA health cards ( Gold and White) are accepted as payment upon a GP or allied health professional referral.
