Connect your body and mind , wind down and bring yourself into a relaxed and creative headspace with an introduction to mindfulness meditation lead by Nia from Extend Occupational Therapy, followed by a master class in hand building your own ceramic pieces, with Vicky from Wonky Pot, Torbay Pottery.
