About the event

Join us for this festive and feel good workshop!

Nia from Extend OT is passionate about mindfulness and sharing the benefits of slowing down, tuning into the body and mind, using your senses and practicing gratitude. Join Nia for a relaxing hour of mindfulness meditation and breathwork to ease you into the session and prepare a present mindset ahead of two hours of creative fun!

Lee from Perth's favourite "Floral State" is joining us to share her expertise in floral design and guide you through the process of making your beautiful Christmas wreath. Your wreath will dry and can be hung in your home or styled as a table centre peice for your festive gatherings with family and friends to come.

All of this while you sip prosecco, graze on tasty treats, laugh and mingle with like minded people.

Your ticket includes:

  • 1 hour mindfulness meditation and breath work on the mat
  • Floral master class
  • All materials, tools, wreath base, blooms and folliage.
  • Individual grazing boards
  • Prosecco and refreshments
